Answer: AirlinkNYC commitment is to provide the best possible service for the lowest price. Individual ride fare includes all tolls charges.

Terms & Conditions:
- Fares shown are per person.
- Children under 3 years old are free if accompanied by a full fare adult.
- Limit one free child per full fare adult.
- Fare does not includes gratuity to driver.

Question: How can I find GO AIRLINK vans at the airport?
Answer: Proceed to the Ground Transportation Desk in your arriving terminal and present your voucher for Go AirLink New York. There is a Ground Transportation Desk in every terminal at JFK, LaGuardia and Newark airports.

Question: Do you pick up and drop off at any hotel or neighborhood address in Manhattan?
Answer: Yes, locations between Battery Park and 125th Street. We have a large fleet of vans in service at all times to keep the number of stops on each route at a minimum.

Question: How long is the trip to or from the airport?
Answer: Travel time, of course, depends on traffic conditions. In general, it's smart to allow 1 to 1-1/2 hours. However, because we provide all of our service in vans, we'll get you to the airport and back about as fast as a taxi, but at a much lower cost.

Question: How much room is there for luggage?
Answer: Luggage compartments are in the rear of the van, separate from the seating area. As a courtesy to your fellow passengers, one large suitcase and one carry-on are allowed per person.

Question: I bought a ticket online, what now?
Answer: For arrival transfers, proceed to the Ground Transportation Desk in your arriving terminal and present your voucher. The agent at the desk will assist you. There is a Ground Transportation Desk in every terminal at JFK, LaGuardia and Newark airport.

Question: How do I arrange pickup at a hotel or residence in Manhattan?
Answer: Please call at least 24 hours in advance to reconfirm your home, hotel or office pick up. Please advise the reservationists that you have already purchased a online ticket and wish to schedule pick up. The reservation phone number will be on your ticket.

Question: Do you provide transfers between airports?
Answer: No

Your credit card will be charged the total amount of products and services selected at time of booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card.

Confirmation & Travel Voucher

For every confirmed booking you will receive an immediate e-mail confirmation with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print vouchers on your home/ office printer. Please present this E-Ticket voucher to the van driver. Only one voucher will be created per reservation for all travelers. Round trip reservations will have 2 vouchers. Your Voucher will be collected by driver as proof of payment.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 24 hours are charged a minimum $10.00 per person administration fee. We charge for NO SHOWS. No Shows on reservation dates are charged 100%.

Weather and traffic: Route may be changed depending on local weather and traffic conditions.

Meals, Gratuities and Souvenirs are not included.
