Reviews

It was exactly what I was looking for.

Arlene D., United States, 03-2012

In the future, bringing grandchildren to New York, I think I would purchase the 1 or 2 day NYC pass.

Patricia G., United States, 02-2012

It was a very good start to our weekend in New York City the tour guides were excellent. We did see some stars on our tour which was very exciting for us. Everyone associated with NBC were very pleasant and helpful I would recommend this trip to anyone!

Mary I., United States, 12-2011

The NBC Studio Tour is well worth the money. It was very interesting seeing "behind the scenes" of the tv programs I watch.

Patricia C., United States, 11-2011

...

Nichole B., United States, 10-2011

was an interesting tour....would have enjoyed seeing the sets of the Today Show as well.

Penny H., United States, 10-2011

The Pages that gave our tour were very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions.

Jennifer M., United States, 10-2011

The tour was interesting but short and filled with little jokes that were not very funny. We got a glimpse of some studios where shows are produced but not a lot of information and always through a window. The new tour guide, a woman, was the best and the most eloquent. Too much time climbing stairs and taking elevators. MSNBC studio would have been interesting to walk through. Too much time directed toward selling NBC products. Still it was interesting to see.

Dennis L., United States, 10-2011

We had a wonderful time at the NBC Studio Tour. We had such wonderful Pages who could answer questions and ask questions which was fun for my granddaughters. It was the best time.

Barbara R., United States, 09-2011

This was a very fun and informative tour of several of the studios where NBC tapes their shows.

Christy F., United States, 08-2011

Great behind the scenes view of NBC and some history as well

Wendy H., United States, 08-2011

A very informative behind the scenes tour.

Linda P., United States, 08-2011

The tour was worthwhile for me and my husband. It wasn't great for my kids, as they did not know Saturday Night Live or Jimmy Fallon. My son enjoyed the tour of the football studio. My daughter would have liked more information about the actual filming process. The vouchers were easy to print and use. I did not have to wait in line to redeem them. I was glad that I reserved ahead of time, as the tour was booked until late in the day. I saved money by booking through the tour company instead of directly through NBC. They charged too many fees! Overall, we were glad that we went on the tour.

Cathy S., United States, 07-2011

very informative.

Carolyn R., United States, 07-2011

The NBC Studio Tour was very enjoyable and educational.

Shirley R., United States, 07-2011

Our tour was guided by the staff of NBC so there was no interaction with Tour Corp. other than through the website which was very good!

Patrick S., United States, 07-2011

Quick and easy to get the tickets. Confirmed on home email. Easy to use site and easy to redeem tickets. Only difficulty was trying to find the NBC store but that was more of a "I'm a dumb tourist thing".

Susan I., Canada, 06-2011

Exceeded expectations -- tour guides were very friendly and knowledgable. They were open to answering all our questions and we felt the tour was appropriate in length. My daughter was selected as a volunteer tv anchor and she loved it! Our favorite part was seeing the SNL stage and hearing all about the production-very fun!

Maggie G., United States, 06-2011

I think I remember we were able to go down to see the elevators that lifted the stages went I went about 6 years ago. This time that was not part of the tour. Otherwise it was great.

Suzanne J., United States, 06-2011

My grandchildren loved the tour. I wish there had been some kine of performance going on that involved the Rockettes so we could have seen them perform.

Suzanne J., United States, 06-2011

The building was elaborate and difficult to navigate. Our tour guides were energetic and well informed. The tour itself was somewhat limited. My personal expectations were to see more of the behind the scenes view. We were behind the scenes, but NOTHING was going on. Again it was my personal expectations based on the web site hype.

Catherine S., United States, 06-2011

The four of us enjoyed the tour very much.

Carlin Y., United States, 06-2011

I really enjoyed the tour. Not only was it informative but you get a birds eye view of how the programs work. I can sit back now and watch my favorite shows and know what is going on behind the scenes. well worth the money

debbie s., United States, 06-2011

it was a good, interesting tour. i liked it.

Allison S., United States, 05-2011

The kids had a great time

Melissa C., United States, 05-2011

Our group of 3 thought this tour was great! We had a blast, and were very close to seeing Justin Timberlake, but he was at supper! Maybe next time! Our tour guides were great, and very informative. We cannot remember names though..........we went on 5/20 at 5:30pm. They were both awesome.

Debra V., United States, 05-2011

It was very interesting to see how things appear so differently then what you see on TV. Makes you realize that the people on TV are people just us.

Diane S., United States, 05-2011

It was great - and extremely well done. I heartily recommend it.

Rhonwen N., United States, 05-2011

This history of TV at the beginning of the tour was the best part - very interesting. There was a lot of going in the elevator to look at another studio which was just a room with a bunch of cameras. Then go in the elevator & look at another one. One tour guide was very sarcastic and seemed to be not having a very good day. The other tour guide was excellent.

Mindy W., United States, 04-2011

A really great diversion on a trip to New York!

Erin S., Canada, 04-2011

Loved the tour, very informative and fun!

Ellen B., United States, 04-2011

Karen M., United States, 02-2011

Very exciting to go onto the Saturday Night Live Set!

Tracy L., United States, 02-2011

good tour

Karen D., United States, 02-2011

Great tour, booked easily. Since none of the shows were taping on Presidents day weekend, we were able to see all of the attractions of the tour. If you are a behind the scenes type of person, you will enjoy!

Darren D., United States, 02-2011

It was ok. The tour guides were friendly and. We saw a variety of things, but I was disappointed we didn't get to see the SNL stage as I had seen on a previous tour.

Susan R., United States, 02-2011

If you'd like to see working TV studios this is the tour to go on.

Frank P., United States, 01-2011

Nice tour.

Verna L., United States, 12-2010

I felt the tour of the studio was geared toward adults not children. I wish they would have something more interesting for 6 to 8 year olds to see.

Richard C., United States, 12-2010

This was the best experience we had during our visit to New York City. Exceptionally well run tour, very informative and entertaining.

David S., United States, 12-2010

Enjoyable and interesting

Michelle P., Australia, 12-2010

We enjoyed the tour, however, we were highly dissapointed that there were no pictures allowed.

Randy J., United States, 12-2010

Very nice tour. Exactly what we were expecting.

Amanda K., United States, 12-2010

Was very informative and entertaining.

Nancy H., United States, 12-2010

Very pleased with whole process...extremely stress free and very enjoyable.

Brian C., United States, 12-2010

We had an enjoyable tour of NBC including behind the scenes looks at the production, visting the sets of different shows and a chance for our son to be the weatherman in a news report.

Israel P., Australia, 12-2010

It was fun

Penelope B., United States, 12-2010

The NBC Studio Tour was a really interesting tour. The tour guides were entertaining and informative and I really enjoyed seeing "back stage" of popular TV shows.

Stephanie G., United States, 12-2010

good tour!

Marie S., United States, 12-2010

Entertaining

Martin S., United States, 12-2010

tour guides were wonderful!

Rebecca W., United States, 11-2010

The guides for this tour made the experience so much better.

Ugo F., United States, 11-2010

it was fun, but just wanted to see more things on the tour...

Gregory M., United States, 11-2010

Well worth the time and cost

Sandra W., United States, 11-2010

To get the time you want, this is a good site.

Margie J., United States, 11-2010

It was a very enjoyable tour.

Kristi B., United States, 11-2010

We enjoyed the tour and had no trouble booking it. NBC studios were very organized and professional. It was very fun to see!

Erin B., United States, 11-2010

I enjoyed the tour

Brenda G., United States, 11-2010

Cheaper ticket price than on the official NBC site

jose v., United States, 10-2010

Would have liked the guide to give us more detail and information about history of NBC and areas visited.

Laurie S., United States, 10-2010

Activity was worthwhile. Parts were very interesting.

Louis J., United States, 09-2010

I found this tour very enjoyable. I wish it could have been longer.

This tour was very interesting and included the history of broadcasting up to current day. The displays, pictures

Deborah S., United States, 09-2010

This tour was very informative and well done

Dan C., Canada, 08-2010

I thought the NBC tour was excellent, the pages that led our group through the tour were engaging and very knowledgeable. They made the tour fun.

Anne H., United States, 08-2010

Tour was very good. Since you are not allowed to take pictures on the tour, they could make their pictures of you more reseaonable in price, especially for families!

mae k., United States, 08-2010

It was nice but not quite what our group had expected. It was a bit pricey for what it was. It was nice to do once but I would not do it again.

Dawn C., United States, 08-2010

We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and would recommend it to friends and family.

Janet G., United States, 08-2010

The tour guides are knowledgeable and kept it moving well. They were both polite and had a good rapport with the customers. I have now taken the tour a couple of times and will definitely take it again. There is always something new to learn and it is just a great experience for all.

Thomas M., Canada, 08-2010

It was a nice tour and our tour guides were very fun and informative.

Sandra P., United States, 08-2010

We enjoyed the tour. Staff was great in answering questions and giving tidbits of info that you would not normally know. We would definitely recommend the tour.

Rex G., United States, 08-2010

It was a nice tour

susan G., United States, 08-2010

We enjoyed it.

Janet H., United States, 08-2010

We enjoyed it.

Janet H., United States, 08-2010

We enjoyed the tour very much.

Roberta M., United States, 08-2010

Excellent tour. Fun and informative.

Gretchen R., United States, 07-2010

fun tour

Glen P., United States, 07-2010

The studio tour was great! The guides were very knowledgeable.

maura m., United States, 07-2010

The tour was interesting and the tour guides very friendly and informative. It was difficult to find the location where the tour begin or where to check in for the tour. We had to ask several people at the NBC Studios for help before we found one person that gave us the correct information. This was very frustrating when you are trying to get there on time.

Donald L., United States, 07-2010

The NBC Studio Tour was very interesting and our tour guides were very knowledgeable and personable.

John M., United States, 07-2010

EVERYONE WAS VERY HELPFUL. I AM HANDICAPPED.

Dee F., United States, 07-2010

lots of fun for all ages

Sean L., United States, 06-2010

Very interesting tour, the tour guides were informative and knowledgable. I also enjoyed the questions and answers the tour guides asked throughout the tour (ex. youngest person to ever host Saturday Night Live). The news and weather skip with 2 volunteers was a nice ending to the tour.

Larry Z., United States, 06-2010

The tour was very fun for adults and young adults in our party. Although I was skeptical about how much I'd enjoy it, in the end I had a great time and would recommend this to others.

Brad C., United States, 06-2010

THIS WAS A VERY INTERESTING TOUR AND THE GUIDES MADE IT FUN

Dorothy C., United States, 06-2010

Great informative NBC tour!

Janet D., United States, 05-2010

My mom and I enjoyed our tour of NBC Studios. It was a GREAT NYC experience.

Janeen O., United States, 04-2010

We enjoyed the tour, but it was very short. We would have liked to see more of the studio.

Cory H., United States, 04-2010

The NBC tour gave a very good behind the scenes look at what goes on, on a day-to-day basis, at the studio. I would recommend a Friday tour as you may have the opportunity to see SNL stars rehearsing.

Keith W., United States, 04-2010

This was a great little tour, not very time consuming, and gives you a flare for NBC. Fun to see the sets and some background on NBC and the behind the scene operations

Elizabeth G., United States, 04-2010

It was a great tour and I will recommend it to anyone I know visiting NYC.

Frances F., United States, 04-2010

The TourCorp price was appealing (better than direct through NBC);

Duane W., United States, 04-2010

Heather R., United States, 04-2010

I thought the experience was fun especially seeing the SNL studio and our guides were fun and informative, it is nice to hear little stories to make the experience more humorous.

Marnie D., Canada, 04-2010

The tour was complete and informative. Personnel that did the tour were knowledgeable and thorough. Very well run by NBC. Even saw Natalie Morales and Brian Williams and they were very professional and kind

Robert S., United States, 04-2010

The tour was fun as well as interesting. The guides did an excellent job.

Amy M., United States, 04-2010

It was easy to get the tickets, instructions for the tour were easy to follow, although finding the particular place we needed to get to at Rockefeller Center was a challenge. The tour was definitely worth what we paid and I would recommend it.

Barbara A., United States, 03-2010

My 12 year old son and I went on the NBC Experience. We both really had fun learning about how a TV studio is run.

Pam W., United States, 03-2010

We went on the NBC Studio Tour which is excellent. The Tour Guides themselves are friendly and knowledgeable. It was a great experience and we plan to go on it again when visiting New York City.

Thomas M., Canada, 03-2010

If you watch NBC programs, this tour is especially meaningful.

Laurie C., United States, 03-2010

you'll like it if you're a fan of any NBC show, especially SNL and Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, they show you the studios and tell some of their secrets, the only disappointment is that you can't take any pictures

Margarita C., United States, 02-2010

Very informative.

Steven S., United States, 02-2010

worthwhile to see

Paula R., United States, 02-2010

Great time at NBC

Ben F., Canada, 02-2010

Tour guides and staff were very helpful and obliging.

Margaret F., United States, 01-2010

I took the tour with my seven and eleven year old girls. They were a little young to recognize the significance of the sets, e.g. Sat. Night Live, but they enjoyed the technology explanations. I, however, had a great time and learned a lot. Now that we are home we enjoy looking at the sets we toured "in action" and recalling details about the tour. The tour staff were top -notch! Security was a concern to staff, but it was not over-emphasized to the point of being scary. I recommend this to visitors of all ages.

Carla F., United States, 01-2010

Use the bathroom before you think about participating in this tour!

Kara D., United States, 12-2009

tour as advertised

Billy L., United States, 12-2009

It was fun and enjoyable. We were part of a very small group which made it especially fun!

Russell G., United States, 12-2009

good

Rich L., United States, 12-2009

Very interesting tour of NBC Studios. The tour took us to the set of Saturday Night Live. Late Night News with Brian Willams and local programming such as the Today Show. The tour guides were friendly and made the tour fun.

Theresa M., United States, 12-2009

Our Pages (Katelyn and Daniel) were wonderful. Our family had a great time.

Eileen S., United States, 12-2009

Worth checking out, but it's a little dull. Our tour was on a Saturday; we were fortunate to see a bit of a Saturday Night Live skit rehearsal w/ Mike Tyson which made the tour worthwhile otherwise....not so much.

Jola W., United States, 12-2009

The tour was very interesting. One of the guides, however, was too soft voiced for the number of people in the group. Those of us there early for the 9 am tour should have been able to go on 8:45 tour, which was much smaller. This perhaps is because we did not know of earlier tour so didn't sign up for it. I, for example, thought 9 was first tour. I would have gone earlier. Also we were told to be there a half hour early. I, frankly don't see why!

Joan S., United States, 12-2009

The NBC Studios Tour was FANTASTIC!! I would take it again in a heartbeat!!! Our guides were the BEST!!!

Vanessa C., United States, 12-2009

The NBC Studio Tour was a great experience. We toured on a Saturday which was a fabulous time to go because we were able to see the guest host on SNL rehearsing and we also got to go on the set of Today Show. The tour guides were fun and very knowledgeable.

Cathy R., United States, 12-2009

we enjoyed the tour, however we saw less this trip than we have on passed trips. i was a little disappointed that we only got to see one actual studio, the other one was a mock studio and we only saw a video on how they apply make up. and its been the same video the passed three years. we take the tour because sometimes you can see a rehearsal in the one studio you go by.

lyndy m., United States, 12-2009

Very interesting experience

Marion S., United Kingdom, 11-2009

I liked this tour very much and would recommend to others visiting NYC, but I would have liked it to be a little longer. The tour was about an hour and we only got to see 3 studios. The tour guides were knowledgeable but didn't make the tour as fun as it could be.

Cindy C., United States, 10-2009

A pleasure

Virginia T., United States, 09-2009

this was a great tour and the price was great too!

Stacey S., United States, 09-2009

very good

Franklin G., Canada, 08-2009

It was an interesting experience to view the studios.

Deborah S., United States, 08-2009

This is a fabulous tour. Beware that there are many stairs if one is not 100% able bodied. Also, give yourself time to find the beginning of the tour. It is located on the 2nd floor of the gift shop, and not tremendously easy to find.

gail I., United States, 08-2009

This was a fun tour for the entire family

Hilary S., Canada, 08-2009

WE had a wonderful time. The tour guides were fun and entertaining.

James O., United States, 08-2009

Great way to get an inside look at network TV production. The guides are experienced, out-going and knowledgeable.

Kim P., United States, 08-2009

Advance notice needs to be given for the amount of stair climbing and walking required as I am somewhat ambulatory compromised and found the stairs and speed of the walking challenging. Elevator capacity was too crowded/confined...fewer people should be on each elevator.

Judith M., United States, 08-2009

It was well worth it to visit NBC studios. It was great to be able to see each of the studios.

Richard R., United States, 08-2009

Something you need to see in NYC.

James M. G., United States, 08-2009

Good activity

Kay T., United States, 08-2009

We enjoyed the tour and the presentation. We will recommend this to other travelors.

Randy A., United States, 08-2009

The tour was great, it was on time and staff was very knowledgable and friendly.

Jennifer S., United States, 08-2009

This tour was very nice but I wish that at least one show was taping while we were touring. We did see some studios and the girls did explain them well, it just seemed a bit too much money for what you received. It was a nice experience though but I would not do it again.

Susan B., United States, 07-2009

My sister and I are 62 and 60 respectively. The tour was very interesting, left right on time, and groups are small. It was quite informative, and we enjoyed seeing the studios of Bryan Williams, Sat. Night Live, and Jimmy Fallon. We also got to see the MSNBC operation through the windows of Williams's newsroom. Learning about televising techniques and special effects was fun. It was very well-organized, and it was the only tour we took in NYC that was not composed of a herd of people in a long line. It was marvelously peaceful compared to the other tours we purchased in advance online. I highly recommend the NBC tour. It was 70 minutes long, so it didn't get boring and take too much time in a busy day of sightseeing. It was just the right amount of time and the right number of people. We liked seeing sights on other tours but enjoyed taking this tour without mobs of people. I highly recommend the NBC studio tour. 5 Stars!

Dawson S., United States, 07-2009

This tour was interesting, but it was very quick. Rules and regulations kept you pretty limited in your time to look at things and enjoy your tour.

Erika F., United States, 07-2009

The tour was good and the internet was a good tool to avoid lines and get everything sorted out.

Ivan V., United States, 07-2009

the experience was good, it was interesting in seeing some of the sets that you watch from on tv.

Candy M., United States, 07-2009

This tour was very interesting, we enjoyed all the information that was give us. I would definitely take this tour again and suggest it to friends who were visiting NYC.

Deborah C., Canada, 06-2009

It was a little crowded and not as interactive as expected.

Cheryl F., United States, 06-2009

ok

Richard G., United States, 06-2009

This tour was very interesting and enjoyable. The two tour guides that we had were really nice and very informative.

Peggy M., United States, 06-2009

It was very interesting. The studios were not what I had imagined. It was a great experience.

Joanne D., United States, 05-2009

This was a nice way to tour NBC but have questions prepared that you would like answered. Afterwards I thought of a number of questions I wished I had thought of ahead of time.

Regina R., United States, 05-2009

Tour was interesting, guides were excellent. I felt that we didn't see a lot on the tour--3 studios, I believe. No celebrities!

Susan G., United States, 04-2009

A great deal of the tour time is spent in activities involved with security and walking from one set to another. Overall, there were only a few points of interest. I suspect there are better ways to spend your time if you are only going to see a few things in NYC.If you are going to see a lot of sites this is a good one to include.

Claire L., United States, 04-2009

Ellen M., United States, 04-2009

Good tour, interesting information. I enjoyed the Sat Night Live set the most, very surprising at the small spaces they shoot these shows in . . . good to do, and you must do in advance - the tour is always sold out the day of.

Kathleen W., United States, 04-2009

The tour Guides were Great! We were with a group of high school students which were not acompanied with a chaperone! Very bad! They behaved badly and took away from the tour enjoyment. Of course your staff acted professional throughout. Changes need to be made on tour groups!

Anne G., United States, 03-2009

It was awesome, I ran into Hoda on my way to the restroom!

Greg and Sheila A., United States, 03-2009

Great tour

William K., United States, 03-2009

Great tour and well informed and amusing tour leaders

Alexa K., United States, 03-2009

Good/average

Vlad G., United States, 03-2009

It was enjoyable and I would recommend if you were visiting New York City for the firt time.

Nancy S., United States, 03-2009

lots of fun!!!

sharon j., United States, 02-2009

Disaapoionted we did not see any Talk Show Studios as I did in previous years. Good to see setup of Saturday Night live HOURS before it was to go live. Seeing some actors on skit stages was pretty neat.

Tony M., United States, 02-2009

Great for families

Regina K., United States, 01-2009

Voucher was easily redeemed for a ticket. Tour was very organized.

Andrea S., United States, 01-2009

A must-do activity if you are in New York.

Jacqueline G., , 12-2008

This tour was interesting and better than we expected. The tour guides were very nice and thorough. They offered lots of interesting and fun facts about Brian Williams, Saturday Night Live set, Conan, etc. We would have liked to go across the street and see the Today Show set and Dateline.

Mary A., United States, 12-2008

Best activity for the money in New York City.

Bret M., , 11-2008

The tour was informational and the variety of activities made it interesting for all ages.

Kim B., , 11-2008

The tour was awesome. I highly recommend it.

Maria R., , 11-2008

A unique glimpse behind the scenes of some of our favorite TV shows revealing secrets that have made watching the shows more enjoyable.

Martha O., United States, 11-2008

This tour is a must see while visiting NYC.

Nancy L., , 11-2008

We enjoyed this tour very much. The introduction to NBC through a short film took us back through our childhood reminding us of all the wonderful television and radio shows broadcasted by NBC. Introducing us to all the modern technology now being used by NBC was fascinating. Wouldn't mind doing the tour a second time.It was easy to make our reservation by using the computer. An excellent method to insure that the tour is available when arriving in New York. I noticed that without our voucher, it would have been impossible to tour NBC on the one day we were in NYC.

Michael B., , 11-2008

The tour guides were amazing!!

Pat S., , 11-2008

We visited three studios during the tour. The guides were very professional and courteous, giving insightful stories throughout the tour.

Michael R., , 11-2008

Thanks - we had a great time

Catherine S., , 11-2008

The NBC Tour is very informative and great for those who are interested in the feild of Broadcast Journalism or other Communications. The brief history movie which plays before the tour begins is both informative and funny. This tour is fun for all ages, there is even an interactive part. However the tours sell out fast as so get tickets ahead of time. I would recommend this tour to anyone!

Shannon F., , 10-2008

We went on the 1:30pm NBC Studio Tour on a Saturday. It was exciting to see the SNL cast going through a dress rehearsal of a skit! The NBC pages were very nice, and knew a lot of interesting inside information. We really enjoyed the live News and Weather segment 2 people in our tour group got to do at the end. Too bad the DVD was so expensive, or more of us would have purchased a copy. All in all, a very worthwhile experience.

Rebecca C., , 10-2008

This was a very fun tour, especially if you are a fan of NBC shows such as SNL or Conan O'Brien.

Carol M., , 10-2008

Had a wonderful time on our weekend trip to NYC from the Midwest. Even got to participate in a news on-camera "reading". Enjoyed it immensely!

LORI B., , 10-2008

The staff at NBC Studio Tours were very professional and knowledgeable. I have highly recommended this tour to others.

Brandy C., United States, 09-2008

Tour isn't very long in terms of seeing an overview of the studios, but our Tour Guides were very knowledgeable, personable and entertaining! Just don't go thinking you have a glimpse of all of the big studio shows!

Melissa G., United States, 08-2008

Was pretty good. Great for the price. Make sure you ask questions. That makes the tour more interesting.

Michael B., United States, 08-2008

fun tour, guides good but not very informed

Dave M., United States, 08-2008

The tour was very short. Should be extended to 2 hours. After watching the movie and going through security checkpoints, the tour was about 45 minutes.

Mindy K., United States, 07-2008

I highly recommend the NBC Studios tour. And the TourCorp email reminder system worked great. Thanks!

Frank G., United States, 07-2008

Great tour! Very well done!

Mike P., United States, 07-2008

The only thing that would have made this tour an even better experience, is if we had gained access to more than two active studios. We saw Conan's and SNL's. The guides were great and the price is right. Thanks!

Jeff K., United States, 07-2008

We loved the NBC Tour. It was outstanding. It is always neat to get to see where and how shows are done.

Julie F., United States, 07-2008

It was a good tour and we saw how the news was given and two studios.

Lori H., United States, 07-2008

The tour was very good and interesting. The only down side was that, being from UK, we did not really know all the TV stars and shows. That being said I would definitely recommend this tour.

Angela R., United Kingdom, 06-2008

This was an informative tour, but we were disappointed because we only saw 2 studios. But overall, very cool.

Jennifer G., United States, 06-2008

It would have been nice to meet ONE professional NBC (reporter, writer, etc.) Didn't even have to be someone of fame, yet that would always be a bonus. Guess we don't pay enough for that. Matter of fact, we were told at the beginning of the tour we would be seeing Brian Williams and of course we only saw the desk he sits. However, even a worker who could talk about their NBC experience would have been more exciting for an older generation. Seemed to cater to younger audience.

Patricia J., United States, 06-2008

It was fun to see some of the studios but you are not allowed to take pictures. You don't get to walk on the set, you get to view from the audience seats

kathleen s., United States, 06-2008

Sue L., United States, 06-2008

The tour was great except we were unable to find where to get our tickets and line up. Other than that, it was wonderful.

Lynda M., United States, 06-2008

I would like to have visited more sets. The advertisement indicated more.

Donna D., United States, 06-2008

Very informative and fun to see the actual sets of SNL, Conan O'Brian and the NBC Nightly News.

Nancy R., United States, 06-2008

It was just as advertised. Very informative and fun tour.

Elaine D., United States, 06-2008

Very interesting . I was surprised at how small the studios look in real life.

Anna S., United States, 05-2008

THE STUDIO TOUR IS ENTERTAINING, BUT THE SIDE CONVERSATIONS WITH THE PAGES WERE EVEN BETTER! THEY WERE VERY ENGAGING AND FRIENDLY.

MERIL A., United States, 05-2008

The tour was exceptional and the guides were very knowledgeable and professional.

Nancy M., United States, 05-2008

I can recommend it

Philipp B., Austria, 05-2008

I liked the tour of NBC studios; It was very fun and it taught me about the history from when it was still a radio station to the studio we know today.

BARBARA H., United States, 04-2008

It was an interesting tour.

Maurine S., United States, 04-2008

I thought this was an informative tour, and very interesting. The guides were helpful and knowledgeable.

Susan H., United States, 04-2008

Peter Ã., Denmark, 04-2008

Our tour guides were terrific! The group we were with didn't ask many questions, but when they did, the guides were fun and interesting. We were with a somewhat difficult group, which was certainly not the fault of NBC. The adults and children in our family loved the guides!

Linda B., United States, 04-2008

The tour was great! My only problem was I took my 70 year old Mom and if I had known about all the stair climbing, I would have let her sit it out back at the hotel. Be sure to use the bathroom before you arrive, because there are no bathroom breaks and it is located beyond the ice rink cafe. My kids and I are fans of NBC, especially SNL and we really enjoyed it. Oh, rehearse your news anchor skills in case you are chosen.

Catherine R., United States, 03-2008

very nice

Charlie C., United States, 03-2008

I wish we had been able to see at least one other studio besides the set of "SNL." The two young men who led this tour 3/7 at 11:00am, were very good - informative, polite, personable, and fun.

jean m., United States, 03-2008

I would highly recommend it. But I wish they had made it clear when choosing a time slot, that you needed to be there 1/2 hr before the tour starts .

Sharon D., United States, 02-2008

This was a 1 1/2 tour of the NBC Studio at 30 Rockefeller Place in NY. This was an excellent tour. We saw where MSNBC is broadcast and we saw Brian William's studio and his desk. We also saw the studios for Saturday Night Live and Conan O'Brien. The NBC Pages were very nice and well informed and we found the tour very interesting. I'm very glad we made reservations in advance because the tour was sold out for that day and the next day.

Linda B., United States, 12-2007

Tour guides were excellent -- both knowledgeable and entertaining.

Judy W., United States, 12-2007

My only opinion is that I would have liked to have seen more studios than the 3 we saw. I know much more is taped in NY, and I'm not sure if they are actually taped at that building, but I wanted to see more.

Robin C., United States, 11-2007

Good. Children/teens may not appreciate it as much unless they are into more adult programming. They did enjoy the activity at the end which involved putting on a news broadcast and weather report.

Cyndie G., United States, 11-2007

The only real missing that would have made it for me would have been a tour of the NBC News room. Unfortunately, at the time of the tour, they were filming and unable to see.

ileana k., United States, 10-2007

Peggy L., United States, 10-2007

Our tour guides were excellent and we were able to visit a couple of great studios (Saturday Night Live and Conan O'Brien). It was fun to see where these shows are taped or happen live. We also visited other areas of the building and the information presented was very interesting. I would recommend this tour.

Leslie S., United States, 10-2007

I thought it was very informative and fun and the tour guides were very knowledgeable.

Andrea R., United States, 09-2007

It was exciting to tour the studio and to see the sets of some of the shows I have watched. The tour guides were friendly and helpful.

Robbye M., United States, 08-2007

Tour was prompt in leaving. We visited studio of SNL and Conan. No photos permitted, although they took one which you could purchase. You got to sit behind a news desk and read copy. Fun!

John P., United States, 08-2007

Pretty much satisfied.

Kathy R., United States, 08-2007

When I redeemed my web-printed voucher - the counter person provided incorrect tickets for a tour at the wrong time - resulting in us having to rebook the tour the next day. Because it was a busy weekend, obtaining an alternate time/date that worked in our schedule was very difficult. Verbal apologies were given - but it tainted what was otherwise, a satisfying tour experience.

Edward B., United States, 08-2007

Great tour but it would have been nice to see a show being taped or some of the tv personalities.

Kathryn W., United States, 07-2007

It took us a while to figure out where to go, the NBC studio building is a maze like place. The tour guides need to learn not to speak to tourists like fellow college students, they must have said "You guys, and come on you guys" in every sentence. Other than that they were knowledgeable, and we got to see the spots we wanted to. The tour was just the right length.

Laurie T., United States, 07-2007

good

ira m., United States, 07-2007

This was an interesting tour. The tour guides were knowledgeable. I would have liked to have seen more of the NBC studio.

Rosalyn B., United States, 07-2007

NBC could not be more professional.

James G., United States, 07-2007

My 3rd time on tour, enjoyed each time. Brought different guests each time.

Raymond D., United States, 07-2007

NBC Tour was ok... interesting to see different studios, but would have been nice to see more for the price

Amy G., United States, 06-2007

We had a very memorable time on the tour.

Louise T., United States, 06-2007

Having the vouchers got us the time and date we wanted and saved us so much time. I've already recommended this to my friends.

Russell A. M., United States, 05-2007

Wow! I see NBC shows in a whole new light - Nightly News, Saturday Night Live, Conan, Dateline. It was amazing to see the sets up close. The best part was the Saturday Night Live studio- we saw them rehearsing skits (I think guest host Annette Benning winked at me) and we saw and heard Maroon-5 rehearsing - What a thrill!

Joe C., United States, 05-2007

We had a great time, we actually go to watch the SNL being rehearsed.

Sherri W., United States, 05-2007

Alot of fun!

Phyllis G., United States, 04-2007

Kristine S., United States, 04-2007

John P., United States, 04-2007

This tour was great for the whole family. Our ages ranged from 11 to 75 and everyone had a great time. We had a change of plans and was worried we wouldn't be able to change our tickets to the time we needed, but the staff was very accommodating and changed our tickets to help us enjoy all of the activities we wanted to experience in NYC!
