Segway Requirements:

• Riders must be age 12 and older and weigh between 100 - 250lbs (45 to 115 kilos). Riders 12 - 17 years of age must be accompanied on tour by a parent or guardian.

• Segway Tour is Not Recommended for anyone over the age of 70 years or for guests with some mobility issues. Pleae call before booking to discuss. Pregnant women will not be allowed to participate in Segway Tour for safety reasons. No refunds for any member of your party if you do not meet these criteria.

  From May 23 through May 28 2012 we will be celebrating the 75th Anniversary of the Golden Gate Bridge with commerative Wharf & Waterfront?Segway Tours in place of our regular tour. A little extra fun for that one week.  (FYI: Segway Tour does not go to or on bridge)

  7:30 PM departures are our new Night Tour Route that includes Chinatown North Beach, The Embarcadero and Fisherman's Wharf.

BOOK ALCATRAZ EARLY TO GET BEST DEPARTURE TIMES:

We recommend booking weekend Alcatraz at least 10-14 days in advance to ensure your requested tour time. Very limited tickets are available for holiday weekends. All holiday weekend cruises will sell out very early. Maximum 8 tickets per order.

If you wish to have Alcatraz reserved on a separate day or a specific time - please indicate that on the comments section of the order form.

We will book your Alcatraz ticket for you upon receipt of your Combination Tour order. You will receive two travel vouchers and two separate credit card charges. SEGWAY TOUR IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Segway Tours depart from the rear parking lot at 757 Beach Street near the corner of Hyde Street. Located across Beach Street from the Hyde Street Cable Car turn around in Fisherman's Wharf. A Wells Fargo Bank ATM is at the entrance to the driveway leading to our training area. Google Map to Start Location

PARKING:

• We do not have parking facilities at our training area. Street parking is limited and meters last a maximum of 2 hours. (Tours last over 2 hours) We do not reimburse parking costs.

• We have a negotiated discount parking for the Anchorage garage 500 Beach Street San Francisco, CA 94133 - 2 blocks East of our location on Beach Street. Rate is $10.00 for up to 8 hours. To get discount you must pick up a barcoded sticker coupon at our office and attach it to the Anchorage parking ticket before exiting garage. No discount is available without this parking coupon. This parking offer is subject to change or be canceled without notice. We are not affliated with or responsible for parking at the garage or operations of the Anchorage garage management company.

• Paid Parking: Ghirardelli Square Garage: 900 Northpoint Street San Francisco CA 94109. Garage entrance is on Larkin Street between Beach Street and North Point Street. 1.5 blocks West of our location.

ALCATRAZ FERRY AND ISLAND IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Alcatraz Ferry departs from Pier 33 along the San Francisco Embarcadero. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your departure time for boarding.

• On-street parking in the Fisherman's Wharf area can be hard to find, and nearly every space has a parking meter. Parking meters take nickels, dimes and quarters. Commerical Parking: There are fifteen commercial lots with a five-block radius of the Alcatraz Landing at Pier 33, with a total of more than 3,000 parking spaces. The closest and most convenient lot is at 80 Francisco at Kearny, just one block away, across the Embarcadero from Alcatraz Landing.

• Handicap Accessibility: Visitors unable to make the climb up Alcatraz's roads may take advantage of SEAT - Sustainable Easy Access Transport - an electric shuttle that meets each scheduled arrival at the Alcatraz dock and transports visitors requiring mobility assistance from the dock to the prison building. SEAT returns visitors requiring mobility assistance from the prison building back to the dock at regular intervals throughout the day. Visitors requiring mobility assistance may be accompanied by one attendant in their party if space is available. Families with small children and strollers cannot be accommodated on SEAT. The following areas are completely wheelchair accessible: Alcatraz dock area, Prison building main floor, All bookstores, Museum displays and Island theater.

• The Alcatraz Ferry operates year round. Reservations are limited to 8 tickets and are available for purchase for the next 60 days. If you book 60 or more days in advance we will process your sightseeing tour reservation now and hold and book the Alcatraz Ferry as the dates are released to the public. By ordering this combination tour your authorize "Tourcorp" to purchase Alcatraz Ferry Tickets from Alcatraz Cuises on your behalf. Day Alcatraz Ferry and Tour Rates: $28.00 for adult and juniors 12-61. $26.25 for seniors 62+ and $17.00 for children 5-11. Night Alcatraz Ferry and Tour Rates: $35.00 for adult 18-61. $34.00 for juniors 12-17. $32.25 for seniors 62+ and $20.25 for children 5-11.

• Limited tickets for Night Alcatraz Tours are available. Please indicate, in the special request box on the order page, if you want a night tour with your order. If night tours are unavailable a day Alcatraz Tour, if available, will be reserved for you automatically.

• Alcatraz Night Tours Depart: April - September 30: Daily Except Tuesday and Wednesday at 6:10pm and 6:40pm

Your credit card will be charged the total amount of products and services selected at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Cards.

Confirmation & Travel Voucher:

This tour must be booked at least 24hrs in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12-24 hours subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print this voucher on and present SIGNED voucher at departure location. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers.

IF YOU ARE LATE YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR RESERVATION Plan ahead - parking , driving times, public transit delays and traffic are always an issue: Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time to check in and start your tour and training on time! If you arrive late we will NOT let you join a tour group that has already started training and your reservation will be forfeited without a refund or reschedule. NO EXCEPTIONS

Cancellation, Changes & No Show Policy:

Cancellations within 72 hours of the tour are charged in full. Changes must be made 72 hours prior to tour date. Cancellations prior to 72 hours are fully refunded. We charge 100% for No Shows. If the tour is cancelled by the tour operator, the full ticket price will be refunded.

Requirements: Riders Must

Be age 12 and older and weigh between 100 - 250lbs (45 to 115 kilos). Riders 12 - 17 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. All Riders will be required to sign a waiver of liability. Riders 12 - 17yrs of age must have parent or guardian sign consent form.

Complete the Segway rider training and test ride. Wear the helmet and any safety gear that is provided with the tour. Respect road signs, pedestrians, bikes and cars for a safe enjoyable ride. Flip-flops, open-toe sandals, or high heels are not to be worn for this tour.

Be able to easily and quickly step on and off the Segway without assistance, which requires physical abilities similar to climbing and descending stairs without any assistance or use of a handrail. Riders will be standing for the entire length of the tour while on the Segway.

NOTE: Segway Tour is Not Recommended for anyone over the age of 70 years. Pregnant women will not be allowed to participate in Segway Tour for saftey reasons. Riders are responsible for all damage to equipment and will be required to pay damage fees as assessed by a company manager.

Liability Agreement:

All customers will be required to review and sign our tour agreement and liability waiver before starting their tour. The San Francisco Electric Tour Company assumes no responsibility for delays caused by accidents, breakdown, bad conditions of the road and other conditions beyond our control, in addition to insufficient numbers of guests. Not responsible for loss or damage to property.

Company Reserves the Right to:

Change the size or routing of the tour to meet demands for that specific day. Tours run fog, light rain or shine. Company suggests bringing dressing appropriately for weather condtions. Segways are designed to run in any weather. Routes may vary dependent on participants interests, time available and street openings.

Cancel any tour due to weather or other unforseen circumstances. Refuse participation to anyone who, in the opinion of a company representative, is incapable or unable to safely ride a segway.

Comfortable shoes, extra layer of warm clothing, hats, visors and sunglasses. Weather: Tour route or activity may be changed depending on local weather conditions. Gratuities and Souvenirs are not included.
